Job Title: Area Business Development Director

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Business Development Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead and manage a team of Business and/or Portfolio Relationship Managers at the area level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Business and/or Portfolio Relationship Managers to drive new client acquisition and portfolio growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase book size, SOH, and profitability
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders to deepen market penetration
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the team

Requirements:

- MBA or Professional Degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in credit and sales knowledge, with prior experience in team management
- Excellent leadership, self-motivation, and communication skills
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Ability to work with a team and drive results
