Area Business Manager Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of Medical Representatives, and ensuring effective coverage of the assigned territory.The role requires strong expertise in Pediatrics, Gynecology, or Nutrition segments, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and channel Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the assigned area.- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to enhance performance.- Develop and implement effective territory business plans to drive prescription generation.- Establish strong relationships with Pediatricians, Gynecologists, Nutritionists, and other key stakeholders.- Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and suggest strategic initiatives.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, reporting systems, and industry regulations.- Organize CMEs, RTMs, and other scientific engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility.- Provide timely reports on sales performance, market insights, and team Candidate Graduate in Science/Pharmacy. MBA (Marketing) preferred.Experience: 5 to 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a first-line managerial role.Specialization: Exposure to Pediatrics, Gynecology, or Nutrition therapeutic segments is a must.Skills & Competencies:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.- Ability to drive results in a competitive market.
