Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth and Profitability ● Shape the e Commerce vision for 7 NShop.com and Panacea Biotec, positioning the platform as the preferred marketplace for mothers, children, and wellness-focused consumers. ● Driving sustainable revenue growth while balancing profitability, scale, and consumer trust. ● Expand the product ecosystem by identifying and integrating categories and brands that create long-term synergies with our core consumers. ● Innovate business models (subscriptions, loyalty programs, bundling) to deepen engagement and maximize customer lifetime value. ● Act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership of Panacea Biotec, ensuring e-Commerce growth aligns with the broader corporate vision and future consumer health trends. Marketplace Sales & Partnerships: ● Oversee pricing, promotions. ● Build and strengthen relationships with marketplaces to drive growth. Negotiate commercial terms, visibility packages, and promotional tie-ups. ● Drive revenue growth, category expansion, and preferential placements on partner platforms. ● Collaborate with tech/product/marketing teams on platform enhancements (UI/UX,
