Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth across India. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.

This role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our presence in the market. You will lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals and foster key client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 20+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership roles within the supply chain and logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading business development teams and achieving revenue growth, preferably in a PAN-India context.
  • Strong network within the logistics and supply chain industry, with established relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
