Job Location: Delhi/Jaipur
The Director of Sales will be responsible for India Sales through Brand activation, engaging and building IDA&aposs Network, private preview/ events, marketing & collaboration etc
Job Skills
1. Candidate should possess a strong network & relationship with an Interior Designer doing high-end residential projects.
2. Candidate should have extensive experience in engaging and working with IDAs community/ Interior Designers doing high-end residential projects.
3. Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media, and Interior design-based groups & Organisations
4. Experience in acquiring UHNI clients & generating sales in the Luxury, Art & Design Industry.
5. An ability to market & develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations.
6. Experience in planning & executing high-end events & Private Previews.

1. Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
2. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

5. Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the brand.
Major responsibilities:
1. Planning & execution to achieve the Annual sales target by generating enquiries & timely converting deals to achieve quarterly & yearly sales targets, yet maintaining Brand positioning.
2. Introduce, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers, architects focused on high-end residential projects.
3. Engage IDAs & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, vendor presentations & virtual tour/discussions for sales growth.
4. Collaboratively strategize with the India team & execute marketing plans to build the Trunks company Brand in India.
5. Identifies & expands the relationship with IDA&aposs network beyond India.
6. Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and Art & Design exhibitions.
7. Strategize & acquire UHNI/ HNI clients and maintain an exceptional relationship with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the Brand.
8. Identify & collaborate with IDAs, galleries, artists, and like-minded brands.
9. Regular meetings with the Brand Director & Founder to review existing and new business opportunities in conjunction with the quarterly sales target.
10. Other duties and special projects as requested by the Founder.
PR & Communication (Candidate preferred who is willing to take additional PR & Communication responsibilities)
1. Developing & implementing effective PR & Media strategy to get high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
2. Representing the Brand to media, at events, interviews, etc., and serving as the primary point of contact for PR inquiries in India.
Collaboratively strategizing & implementing PR & Communication campaign for India, including but not limited to crafting compelling press materials, press releases, articles, and other media/PR content.
Education
Bachelor&aposs/ Masters degree in Marketing & Communication/ Interior Design/ Luxury, or related fields.
