- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.\
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring that product features meet market needs and align with business goals.\
- Drive prioritization and planning processes, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.\
- Advanced Business Analysis:\
- Lead complex requirements gathering and analysis efforts, translating business needs into detailed and actionable product requirements.\
- Conduct advanced market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product strategy and decision-making.\
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\
- Stakeholder Engagement:\
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.\
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.\
- Address and resolve stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely manner.\
- Project Oversight:\
- Oversee project management activities, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.\
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership and adjusting strategies as needed.\
