We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Growth Director to spearhead our B2B expansion in the FMCG & Pharma sectors.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing B2B sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth across modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional sales channels.

The role requires strong leadership skills to manage third-party manufacturing partnerships, lead product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities, as well as build and maintain strong corporate, distributor, and government relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Drive business growth across modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional sales channels.
  • Manage third-party manufacturing partnerships to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Lead product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong corporate, distributor, and government relationships to foster strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Pharma B2B sales is required.

Knowledge of aerosols, cosmetics, beverages, and personal care products is essential.

Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Travel may be required for business purposes.
