Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director Software Sales, located in Delhi, India. The Director Software Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing sales operations, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, negotiating with clients, overseeing team performance, and ensuring targets are met. The individual will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong Team Leadership and Sales Operations skills
- Excellent Negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
