The Sales Performance Director plays a pivotal role in leading the sales team, driving business growth, and enhancing customer relationships. This individual is responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, forging strong connections with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation through strategic account openings and service calls to foster strong customer relationships
- Establish and strengthen ties with Cluster heads and staff to gain their trust and promote protection and Annuity solutions
- Engage in site activities, such as setting up stalls and delivering presentations, to effectively communicate product value
- Build and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients through personalized selling efforts
- Closely monitor and follow up on sale closures and issuance processes
- Enhance customers' awareness of life insurance solutions, striving to achieve targeted penetration levels for Annuity and Protection
- Develop and implement effective Reward and Recognition programs for bank staff
- Regularly train bank staff on life insurance plans to ensure seamless execution
- Adjusted Modal First Year Premium (MFYP)
- Number of policies sold
- Business leakage, including cancellations
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the sales industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
- Age range: 21-28 years
- Preferred possession of personal conveyance
