We are hiring for multiple levels in Business Development and Sales for Delhi, Ludhiana, Mumbai & Jaipur.

The individuals will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships and implementing strategic sales plans.

The role includes daily tasks such as market research, networking, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have a proven record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of Air & Ocean Import-Export Shipments along with Geographical knowledge, container, and pallet dimensions etc.

Designation: Assistant Manager to GM Business Development / Sales.

Qualification: Bachelors'/ Masters degree in Marketing/ International Business or relevant field.

Experience: 4+ years in Freight Forwarding /Logistics Company will be preferred, and experience in pricing will be an advantage.

Job Location: Delhi /Rajasthan /Punjab As per industry and Responsibilities: - Developing new business opportunities outside of the Companys network of customers.

- Generating new sales revenue for a designated geographic region.

- Effectively communicate, maintain relationships and negotiate with customers.

- Develop an entrance strategy for cold calling, qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners to increase sales volume.

- To work towards the sales success of Air & Ocean Import-Export Shipments.

- Staying updated with international and domestic freight forwarding, gateway operations and staying current on market Skills: - Excellent verbal & written communication as well as interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and client relationship management.

- Hands on experience on MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).

- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
