Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Business Development Manager. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in Electronics, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Heavy Equipment verticals. The role includes collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, creating and implementing sales strategies, and delivering presentations to potential clients inlcuding OEMs and Tiers, Distribution network. The manager will also be expected to monitor market trends, perform competitive analysis, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the fastening or assembly technology industry is a plus
