Job Description

As a senior professional in the travel and tourism industry, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth within a designated region. The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive regional business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Lead a team of sales and operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, suppliers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 9+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on sales and management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
