North India Regional Business Leader

We are seeking a skilled business leader to drive growth and profitability across North India. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling businesses.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in North India, identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- P&L Management: Own the financial performance of North India operations, ensuring targets are met while optimizing costs and maintaining high operational efficiency.
- Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for North India, establishing scalable processes and implementing best practices.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead multi-city, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, city/regional leadership, or P&L ownership roles, with prior exposure to mobility, energy, logistics, or gig-economy sectors preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong strategic and execution capabilities, exceptional leadership & multi-team management skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and proficiency in financial planning & data-driven decision-making.
