- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve regional business objectives.
- Optimize operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, leadership, or P&L ownership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience scaling operations from 1 to 10.
- Deep understanding of North Indian market dynamics.
