
Regional Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving business goals and revenue targets on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Supervise the activities of assigned personnel and their performance on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth and efficient deployment of services and regular operations.
- Participate in sales team meetings daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Develop and implement business strategic plans to achieve assigned goals.
- Prepare reports and maintain records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Present growth, performance, and training presentations of the team and individuals regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred.
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience in education or digital education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiator.
- Excellent track record with similar profiles.
