A strategic role driving business expansion in the Middle East and Africa region for specialty cables is available.

Job Overview

This key position will be responsible for establishing a strong business presence in the MEA region, diversifying exports beyond existing markets, and driving sustainable revenue growth in specialty cables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a robust business footprint in the MEA region.
  • Diversify exports by building a strong customer base among utilities and EPCs.
  • Drive long-term revenue growth in LV, MV, HV, and EHV specialty cables.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in international export sales within electrical products or power equipment.
  • A proven ability to manage annual business turnover of 100 Cr.
  • Experience in developing new markets and scaling business operations.
  • Strong exposure to working with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities in MEA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Engineering technical qualification preferred (MBA is an added advantage).
