About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commis I - Western to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations, and proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials that showcase the best of international cuisine.
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain the highest standards of quality in production and presentation.
  • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored, and that the kitchen meets the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols in the kitchen and work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
