Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable functioning of the Kitchen. This involves ensuring that hotel standards are applied to the production of food and the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. You will also ensure that hygiene standards are maintained by the team in accordance with set standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef & Sous Chef in all phases of the kitchen's operations.
- Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure operative effectiveness.
- Maintain par stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies.
- Monitor grooming and personal hygiene of the team to ensure that the standards are maintained.
Qualifications
Diploma or any equivalent degree.
Additional Information
3 - 4 years of experience.
