We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Bengaluru.
Job SummaryAs an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing new menus and recipes that meet the highest standards of quality, health, and safety. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, service staff, and management team to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new menus and recipes that adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate daily tasks with the kitchen staff, service staff, and management team.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Lead and train subordinates to ensure high motivation and efficient working environment.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure timely delivery and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with procurement team to ensure cost-effective and sustainable sourcing.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to employees on preparation, service, and menu.
- Evaluate procurement team performance and develop plans for improvement.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Chef with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the food service industry.
