We are an artisanal patisserie café committed to delivering exceptional pastries and desserts. We are seeking a motivated pastry chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Job Overview
As a Pastry Commis II, you will assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and creating a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in pastry techniques who are eager to learn and contribute to a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
Support the Pastry Chef in inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Contribute ideas and feedback to new recipe development and menu items.
Working Terms
This is a full-time, permanent position with fixed shift timings and one day off per week.
