Job Description:
At Yatriv Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team. As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets. This role requires a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a sales team to ensure the effective execution of the sales strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and close deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales metrics, such as conversion rates and average deal size, and use this data to continuously improve sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience in the education sector or related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team.
- A results-driven attitude and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals.
