We are a leading provider of electronic security systems, and we are seeking an experienced sales head to lead our efforts in the ELV/IBMS segment.

Job DescriptionSales Leadership
  • We require a highly motivated and results-driven sales leader who can drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ELV/IBMS segment, and will be responsible for generating sales revenue under this domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Generation: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue in the ELV/IBMS segment.
  2. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, dealers, and consultants.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ELV/IBMS segment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
