Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Head to join our team at Stratefix consulting.
About the RoleThe Sales Head will be responsible for delivering sales targets and additional key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the board. This includes motivating, supervising, targeting, reviewing, and monitoring the efforts of your sales team on a continuous basis to meet those KPIs.
You will work closely with management to implement growth strategies that support the business through analyzing sales team performance and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruitment, induction, training, and performance management of new and existing sales team members.
The role requires direct work and contact with key business customers and, on occasion, suppliers to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth. You will also work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Supply Chain to improve order fulfillment efficiency and customer service.
As Sales Head, you will manage all practical aspects of the sales office, creating a pleasant and productive sales environment. Furthermore, you will work with management to deploy tools, systems, and ERP improvements to enhance business operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in managing high-performing sales teams and developing sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
In return for your expertise and experience, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Base salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme: up to 20% of base salary
- Pension scheme: contributory pension scheme with employer matching

- Annual leave: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays
