Head of Sales and Business Development

Stratefix Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, motivating and supervising the sales team, and implementing growth strategies that support the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Deliver sales targets and additional KPIs set by the management team.
- Team Management: Motivate, supervise, and review the efforts of the sales team to meet KPIs.
- Growth Strategies: Work with the management team to implement growth strategies that support the business.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, induct, train, and perform performance management of new and existing sales team members.
- Customer Relationships: Directly work and contact with key business customers and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.
- Process Improvement: Work with the management team to deploy tools, systems, and ERP improvements to enhance business operations.
We are looking for a clear, confident, and persuasive communicator who relishes pressure and wants to work in a rapidly growing company. You will have experience in a digitally enabled business where customer relationships are managed remotely. Previous experience of managing all aspects of an office-based sales team of at least 10 people, serving large numbers of enquiries rapidly, via phone and email.
- Experience: Extensive experience of implementing staff training, SOPs, processes, and controls, and management tools to improve sales and business efficiency.
- Recruitment Management: Experience in recruitment and staffing management for previous teams as you will need to grow the team to meet customer demands.
