Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our diverse range of high-quality products including dairy, namkeen ice cream, frozen foods, and masalas.

Role Overview:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our dairy, namkeen ice cream, frozen foods, and masalas products. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets across the product categories.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and optimize product offerings.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG sector with a strong focus on dairy, namkeen ice cream, frozen foods, and masalas.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
