Job Summary:
The Senior Executive - Channel Sales is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing partnerships and driving growth through various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing walk-in numbers, order bookings, and sales revenue targets across assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site plans to improve channel activities and customer experience
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and functions to drive individual site level channel activities
- Identify, develop, and allocate channels to optimize the effectiveness of channel sales at each site
- Maintain accurate records of activities conducted and meetings done
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate or Post-Graduation in Marketing or Sales with 8-10 years of Real Estate industry exposure. They must have continuously demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through a network of Channel Partners and have excellent Communication skills and a proactive attitude.
