Job Title: Senior Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving channel revenue and visits through the execution of CRM campaigns across various media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and deliver campaigns for Push and Browser Notifications, email, SMS, and other owned media channels.
  2. Plan and execute CRM channel strategies for Push Notifications, Email, SMS, Browser Notifications.
  3. Identify and implement improvement projects for CTR and campaign efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to obtain copy and creatives as per schedule.
  5. Create automated campaigns by building workflows, data rules, and data creation on Redshift, creating schemas and workflows on Campaign Management Platform.
  6. Build workflows to create and maintain reports for campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, dependability, and a strong work ethic, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Experience in data handling on Excel and preferably on Redshift.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Netcore, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
