Strategic Partnership Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our partner ecosystem development in the Indian education sector, focusing on the K-12 segment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our footprint in the Indian education sector. This includes identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Educational Publishers, ICT Solution Providers, Affordable Private School (APS) Chains, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Education Labs Suppliers, Hardware Suppliers, and other education solution providers for schools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic plan to grow our presence in the Indian education market through partnerships.
  • IDentify and engage with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote our education offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote our brand and thought leadership at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • A proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
  • A strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
