Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our fintech and BFSI partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive business growth.
  • Oversight of the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Monitor and optimize partnership performance for maximum ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably in fintech/BFSI.
  • Deep understanding of digital lending, credit, insurance, or embedded finance landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate commercial models and partner performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and align stakeholders.
