Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners across the fintech and BFSI ecosystem.
  • Lead partnership negotiations, including commercial agreements, scope of collaboration, service level agreements, and integrations.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with partners to drive customer acquisition and lending volumes.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from initial pitch to onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner integrations.
  • Monitor performance of existing alliances and optimize for higher ROI, product stickiness, or partner satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably in fintech/BFSI.
  • Deep understanding of the digital lending, credit, insurance, or embedded finance landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate commercial models and partner performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and align multiple stakeholders.
