
Strategic Partnership Manager

The role of the Strategic Partnership Manager is pivotal in ensuring seamless onboarding and collaboration with universities. This individual will be the primary point of contact for operational, contractual, and administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversees the entire post-partnership onboarding cycle for assigned universities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Coordinates partnership finalisation, service agreement execution, and account creation.
- Ensures curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, and integration with university systems.
- Integrates admissions processes with relevant university systems and trains staff accordingly.
- Conducts regular review calls with university stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Maintains centralised trackers and dashboards to monitor readiness and progress.
- Escalates and resolves bottlenecks promptly to prevent delays.
- Develops relationship maps for each university to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ensures a smooth handover to the Academic Program Operations team post-launch.
- Execution Focus – Delivers results under tight timelines with a strong work ethic.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to influence without direct authority through effective communication.
- Process Orientation – Follows established procedures, identifies areas for improvement, and implements process enhancements.
- Communication Effectiveness – Excellent verbal and written skills in English; local language fluency an asset.
- Problem-Solving – Navigates bureaucratic obstacles and resolves operational issues efficiently.
- Task Management – Manages multiple projects and priorities effectively without compromising quality or timeliness.
- 3+ years in Partner Success, Client Servicing, Enterprise Onboarding, or Higher Education Partnerships.
- Proven track record in delivering high-value, multi-stakeholder projects within set timelines.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage companies is highly valued.
- Familiarity with education sector operations is an advantage.
