
Partnership Lead

The role of Partnership Lead is a critical component in driving the growth and innovation trajectory of our organization. This position oversees the development and execution of strategic partnerships, fostering collaborations that generate revenue, promote market expansion, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include defining and driving alliance strategy, prioritizing partner relationships, and coordinating joint business initiatives to maximize partner-driven revenue. The successful candidate will also build repeatable processes for engagement, manage executive-level relationships with key partners, and facilitate participation in industry events to strengthen collaboration.
In addition, this role requires effective cross-functional alignment and oversight of execution. The ideal candidate will align with alliance managers, sales teams, and business unit heads to drive net new revenue and client pursuits. They will also be responsible for strengthening partner-led thought leadership and co-sell motions.
The Partnership Lead will lead a team of alliance management professionals, providing strategic guidance on managing collaborations and overseeing governance of the alliance relationship. They will track partner performance, define key success metrics, and steer alliance managers to maximize outcomes.
This role demands a proven track record of expanding partner-led net-new portfolios and driving strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience in strategic alliances and/or business development.
