Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B School Partnership Manager / Franchise Manager to spearhead school outreach, drive curriculum sales, and manage strategic partnerships in Telangana. This role requires a proactive individual capable of working as an individual contributor (IC).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B curriculum sales by pitching to school leaders, decision-makers, and management teams
- Visit schools regularly to build strong relationships and close deals
- Identify potential franchise or PoweredBy partner schools
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Manage a small team of sales executives, providing guidance and performance oversight
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Represent Dreamtime Learning in local education events and networking forums
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 46 years of B2B sales experience in the education sector (curriculum, edtech, or school partnerships preferred)
- Proven experience handling a team and working in an individual contributor capacity
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the Telangana region
- Own laptop and ability to work from office
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resourceful
