Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead our Business-to-Business (B2B) partnerships in the Education Technology sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within EdTech or startup ecosystems and be an alumnus of premier institutions like IITs, IIMs, or BITS.
You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B partnership opportunities with higher educational institutions (Indian and global) and other relevant organizations.
- Ensure all deals comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align partnership goals with overall business objectives.
Performance Tracking:
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for partnership initiatives and track performance regularly. Prepare and present reports on partnership outcomes to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier institution (IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
