As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving net-zero advertising by building and managing strategic partnerships that strengthen our mission.

Key responsibilities include identifying, approaching, and onboarding new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems, managing and nurturing existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment, supporting co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners, collaborating with internal teams to deliver partner-driven solutions, tracking partnership performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, have demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships, be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders, hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or related field, and have 1-3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.

Preferred qualifications include experience in ESG, climate tech, or sustainability-led projects, familiarity with partnership CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
