We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at CludoBits IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth and expansion in the India market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software solutions and IT services, with a strong understanding of the dynamic market trends and latest technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass company revenue targets
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage customer interactions and pipeline management
  • Prepare and coordinate account management plans, including sales proposals and tenders
  • Maintain account plans and participate in regular 'test and improve' sessions on current opportunities
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant sales experience selling software solutions/IT services/Cyber Security
  • Previous sales experience in India with quota/target achievement
  • Technical know-how and knowledge of IT Services engagement models
  • Sales skills, including presentations, price and terms negotiation, problem management, account management, and account growth
