About the Opportunity

Radical Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune.

About the Role

This is a senior-level sales position responsible for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth across various market segments. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving annual sales targets, including total contract value (TCV) and recurring annual revenue (ACV).

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on sales processes, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to improve sales processes and implement new programs.
  • Ensure compliance with defined sales processes and provide regular sales reports to the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong sales and relationship skills, particularly in the enterprise segment for IT solutions/platforms.
  • Negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and CIOs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree & MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Fresher with a good academic record or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative & Analytical ability.
  • Relationship building/Networking skill with clients.
  • Technology awareness of AI, Automation, and Analytics is preferred.
