Job Title: Hiring Manager and Employee Experience Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This role involves managing employee data, benefits, compensation, performance management systems, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
A key aspect of this position is maintaining a robust employee database and implementing effective performance management processes. The incumbent must also handle annual reward processes and maintain accurate employee files and records.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS software (such as SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organized records is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data, including onboarding, separation, and benefits administration.
- Implement and maintain performance management systems.
- Ensure timely updation of employee records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Handle annual reward processes and employee recognition programs.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS software.
