Job Summary:

This role will support and enhance our organization's HR functions by focusing on employee experience, learning and development, and talent management. The successful candidate will implement and manage employee engagement programs, conduct surveys and analyze feedback, support new-hire orientation and onboarding programs, coordinate recognition and reward programs, and contribute to talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage employee engagement programs.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements.
  • Support new-hire orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate recognition and reward programs.

The role also involves managing learning and development processes, including course logistics and scheduling, designing, developing, delivering, and measuring training programs, collaborating with business stakeholders to create high-quality online learning, supporting the collection and analysis of feedback on learning activities, supporting talent management programs, including succession planning, promotions, and performance management, participating in talent reviews and workforce planning initiatives, creating and maintaining talent management documentation and reports, and collaborating on the implementation of talent development initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Exposure to employee experience programs, learning and development, and talent management.
  • Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is a plus.
  • Experience with HR analytics and data analysis.
  • Exposure to talent review, succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management.
Desirable Skills:
  • Understanding of survey processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of methods for assessing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with employee retention and recognition programs.
  • Exposure to job-attitude theories and principles.
