Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture and values of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Educating and coaching managers on performance management and employee development best practices
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and benefits administration
  • Investigating and resolving workplace complaints and grievances in a fair and impartial manner
  • Developing and implementing training programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in employee relations or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage complex investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism
