Employee Relations Specialist
We are seeking an empathetic and skilled professional to play a vital role in enhancing consultant satisfaction, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong relationships with business consultants, and a passion for solving people-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with business consultants across various regions.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
- Caseload Management: Handle a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
- Consultant Retention: Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.

- People Management: Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
