Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive talent acquisition specialist to support and manage various HR functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

About the Role:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
    • Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems databases
    • Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communications
    • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
    • Assist with compliance-related documentation
  • Employee Engagement & Events
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, team-building activities, and celebrations
    • Create an inclusive and friendly office culture
    • Collect feedback and assist initiatives to boost employee morale
  • Internal Communication & PR
    • Help manage internal communication channels
    • Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding
    • Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination
