Job Summary

This role involves end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, encompassing talent acquisition, recruitment, and induction planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing HR systems, documenting employee data, and forecasting hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent through effective recruitment strategies, sourcing, and interview processes.
  • Salary Negotiation, Background Verification & Joining Induction Planning: Ensure seamless onboarding experiences and negotiate salaries effectively while maintaining a transparent background verification process.
  • HR Automation, HR Systems & MIS Management: Implement efficient HR automation systems to streamline processes, manage HR systems, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Employee Engagement Activity: Develop and implement engaging programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Documentation and Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.
  • Forecast Hiring Needs, Particularly at Peak Seasons: Analyze business requirements and predict future hiring demands, especially during peak periods.
  • Calculate and Report on Employee Turnover Rates: Conduct regular analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve retention strategies.
Requirements:
  • UG: Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)
  • PG: Any Postgraduate (Master's or Doctoral Degree)
