Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment process, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals to source top talent.
  • Initial Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Hiring Manager Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and provide support as needed.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, fostering strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Recruitment Experience: Prior recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a passion for recruitment.
