We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent for various positions within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
- Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
