We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the hiring needs of different departments and create job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring in [specific industry, e.g., IT, digital marketing, sales].
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
