Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 10,000/- per month

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Internship Role Summary

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will assist the HR team in managing recruitment operations, supporting the hiring process, and contributing to sourcing efforts. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced IT company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and help shortlist candidates for various roles
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain communication with candidates regarding interview updates
- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
- Work closely with the HR team on recruitment campaigns and projects
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and company policies

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Interest or exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Awareness of basic HR practices and hiring compliance
