Job Summary

We are seeking a Placement Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with organizations, assisting clients in finding suitable placements, and serving as a liaison between clients, HR, and organizations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections with agencies, small/mid-size companies, MNCs, and other clients to onboard them for hiring through calls, emails, mobile/WA marketing, etc.
  • Understand the hiring requirements of startups, MNCs, recruitment agencies, and cater to them with relevant candidates possessing Cloud/DevOps knowledge.
  • Help participants develop soft skills, build confidence, arrange mock interviews, and resume building sessions.
  • Search for job opportunities on portals like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Shine, Naukri, etc.
  • Send weekly job openings to ongoing batches for pre-placement opportunities.
  • Shortlist candidates for relevant job openings, forward their profiles, and follow up with recruiters for scheduling interviews.
  • Invite companies for placement drives.
  • Submit monthly placement reports to graduates/master.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience as a placement officer.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of MNCs and their various hiring requirements.
  • Good connections with hiring companies.
  • Proficient LinkedIn user, open to learning new tools/platforms for outreach.
