Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in designing hiring roadmaps aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the complete recruitment lifecycle across technology, product, business, and operations functions.
  • Driving structured hiring processes that ensure quality, fairness, and speed of execution.
  • Leveraging Boolean search, headhunting, networking, and passive candidate engagement to identify high-caliber talent.
  • Building long-term talent communities and succession pipelines for critical roles.
  • Serving as the face of our talent brand, ensuring candidates experience a high-touch, transparent, and engaging process.
  • Partnering with marketing/HR to execute employer branding campaigns, thought-leadership content, and hiring events.
  • Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics: time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, quality-of-hire, diversity mix, and cost-per-hire.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to high-growth startups, fintech, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing niche talent, market mapping, and building scalable pipelines.
  • Proven track record in hiring across senior and specialized roles, with a focus on quality and culture fit.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, consultative influencing, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment analytics, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with leading ATS platforms and data dashboards.
