Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Payments Operations Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing daily business operations with external banks and merchant partners, driving enhancements in payment processes through data monitoring and analysis, and resolving escalations and supporting internal teams with reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze product and operations metrics to identify improvement areas and create actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
  2. Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into payment processing activities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Provide expert-level support to internal stakeholders on payment-related matters, including ad-hoc data and operational queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in payments operations or a related field, with knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
